IoPP is committed to protecting your privacy and has taken steps to protect the information you share. The WNY Chapter of IoPP does not collect personal information when on this site. The only information we collect is the information that you knowingly submit when you register online to attend an event. IoPP National, however, does collect certain information when you visit the main site, www.iopp.org, in order to provide you with customized services and content. Information is gathered when you register to receive certain IoPP services or products. You may also be asked you for information at times, for example when you complete a survey or form, or enter sweepstakes, contest, or other promotion. IoPP National may disclose your information to third parties if it is believed in good faith that it is necessary: (a) to comply with law or in response to a subpoena, court order, government request, or other legal process; (b) to protect the interests, rights, safety, or property of IoPP or others; (c) to enforce terms of service on the National site; (d) to provide you with the services or products requested by you and to perform other activities related to such services and products, including billing and collection; or (e) to operate IoPP's systems properly. Your information may also be shared with a sponsor or other third party interested in serving you ("Third-Party Providers"). You may opt out of such by sending an email to info@iopp.org. IoPP reserves the right to change this statement at any time by posting revisions on the site. This policy is not intended to, and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party, and applies only to the site.
